"My experience living at San Simeon has been excellent. The staff have been helpful and attentive, and the complex itself is beautiful and well maintained. All service requests have been addressed promptly, same day even, and the maintenance workers are friendly. Not to mention it’s excellent location! The amenities are also nice. Overall satisfied. I’ve always registered guests as soon as they park and haven’t had any issues."

I was greeted by Crystal and The property manager Leti. Right then and there I knew by their energy this was the type of atmosphere I would like to move. I was shown a few different floor plans in which I loved each of them. The gym is state of the art. The entire property is so beautiful."
